Standard shipping on the majority of UK mainland orders up to £75 is £4.99 ex vat. UK orders of £75 or over will qualify for free delivery.
There are exceptions to the above, such as remote areas and islands will be subject to a shipping surcharge. These include Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland.

Goods delivered using this option will be sent using the most economical method, usually Royal Mail Parcel Post or courier. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method which will depend upon a number of factors including the weight and value of the parcel as well as the location of the delivery address.
Express & Overnight
Express & Overnight shipping on the majority of UK mainland orders is £6.99 ex vat. This option typically 1-2 working days. For orders received before 2pm, goods that are in stock will normally be dispatched the same day and usually delivered the next working day.
Orders received on a weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
Customised items such as embroidered clothing that state specific lead times in their product description are not eligible for this service.
Where a product is unavailable for any reason or unsuitable for next day delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible on the day of order and a refund will be offered.
Courier (Highlands and Islands)
The courier service to remote areas (please see the list above in standard shipping) is £9.99 ex vat depending on postcode. Delivery typically takes 2 working days.

Incoterms: All EU and international shipments are supplied under Incoterms® 2020 – Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that while we arrange delivery to the destination country, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon arrival.
General Delivery Terms and Conditions
We will process your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you in 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Certain items including thermometers that require calibration tests before will take longer to process.
We will make every effort to ensure goods are delivered in accordance with estimated timescales. However, once the goods have been despatched by us, they are outside of our direct control. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either:
a) all of the products charged for are not delivered, or
b) you give us full details of the shortages within 3 working days of the part delivery.
Our total liability to you for the non-delivery of any products is limited to delivering the products to you within 10 days of you telling us about the non-delivery or, at our option, crediting your account with the value of the products not delivered plus the delivery charge. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value in the event of supply difficulties.
If the buyer fails to accept delivery of the goods at a time when they are due to be delivered, a re-delivery charge may be applicable and charged to the buyer.
Claims for non-delivery must be given in writing to us within 28 days of order or notification of despatch of the goods.
