Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from both public sector organisations and private sector companies, subject to approval.
Who Can Use Purchase Orders?
We will accept purchase orders from public organisations such as:
- NHS trusts and healthcare organisations
- Local authorities and government departments
- Schools, colleges and universities
- Other public bodies and institutions
We are also happy to work with private sector companies. New business customers may be asked to complete a brief account application or provide trade references before purchase orders can be accepted.
How to Send Your Purchase Order
Purchase orders can be sent to us by email (and, where required, by fax or post). Please see our Contact Us page for the latest details.
The quickest way is usually to email a copy of your official purchase order to:

Information Your Purchase Order Must Include
To avoid delays, please ensure your purchase order includes all of the following:
- Full invoice (billing) address
- Full delivery address
- Contact name, telephone number and email address
- Purchase order number
- Product descriptions and product codes (if available)
- Required quantities and any sizes/colours/variants
- Any agreed prices or quotations (if applicable)
- Any special delivery instructions or required delivery dates
Once we receive your PO, we will:
- Check product availability and delivery charges.
- Confirm any queries with you if needed.
- Process your order and dispatch the goods in line with our normal delivery terms.
Payment Terms
Purchase order accounts are supplied in accordance with our standard credit terms, which will be confirmed when your account is set up. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due following the terms stated on our invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse purchase orders or to request payment with order where there is no prior arrangement in place.
Online Ordering and Payment
If you do not have a purchase order facility, you can still order quickly and securely via our website using a debit/credit card or other payment options available at checkout.
