How to Order
You can place your order with us in the way that suits you best – online, by telephone or via purchase order for approved organisations.
Ordering Online
Ordering online is straightforward:
- Browse the site and select the items you require.
- Click the “Add to cart” button on each product.
- When you have finished shopping, go to your cart to review your order.
- Click “Checkout” and follow the secure checkout steps.
During checkout you’ll be asked for your delivery and billing details and your preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.
You can place an order as a guest, or create an account to make future ordering faster and to view your order history.
Ordering by Telephone
If you prefer to speak to someone, you’re welcome to order by phone.
Please have the following details to hand when you call:
- Product names and codes (if available)
- Required quantities and sizes/colours (where applicable)
- Your delivery address and contact details
- Purchase order number (if your organisation uses POs)
Our team will confirm product availability, delivery charges and the total cost before completing your order.

Ordering by Purchase Order
We accept purchase orders by email (and, where required, by fax or post) from approved organisations.
This service is typically used by:
- NHS trusts and healthcare organisations
- Local authorities and government departments
- Schools, colleges and universities
- Other established businesses and institutions
To place an order by purchase order, please send us an official PO on your organisation’s letterhead or from an authorised email address, including:
- Invoice (billing) address and delivery address
- Contact name, telephone number and email address
- Product descriptions, codes and quantities
- Any required sizes, colours or variants
- Agreed prices (if quoted) and any delivery instructions
- Your purchase order number

Payment Methods
For online and telephone orders we accept all major debit and credit cards and other payment options offered at checkout. For approved purchase order customers, payment is usually made by bank transfer against our invoice, in line with agreed terms.
