ETI A5 Temperature Log Book – 6 Months of Food Temperature Records
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ETI A5 Temperature Log Book provides a simple and organised way for food businesses to record routine temperature checks and maintain clear records of refrigeration and food storage temperatures.
Designed specifically for commercial kitchens and food environments, each book contains enough record sheets for six months of temperature monitoring. There is space to enter three separate readings per day, making it easy to document regular checks throughout the working day.
For each reading, users can record the temperature, time of measurement and the initials of the person responsible for carrying out the check. This creates a clear record of when temperatures were monitored and who completed the check, helping businesses demonstrate that routine temperature monitoring procedures are being followed.
ETI recommends that each fridge, freezer or cold cabinet within a commercial kitchen has its own temperature log book or record folder. Using separate books in this way makes it easier to identify temperature trends and maintain an organised history for individual pieces of refrigeration equipment.
The compact A5 format is convenient for use in busy kitchens and food preparation areas, while the wipe-clean cover helps protect the records during everyday use.
Straightforward and easy for staff to complete, the ETI Temperature Log Book is a cost-effective addition to a food safety management system and provides a permanent written record without requiring electronic monitoring equipment or software.
Available individually or in packs of 10, it is suitable for independent food businesses as well as larger operations managing multiple refrigerators, freezers and cold storage units.
