Order History & VAT Receipts

We’ve recently completed a major upgrade to our website to improve performance, security, and your overall shopping experience.

As part of this transition, order history from the last 12 months has been migrated and is available within your account area. This ensures you can continue to view recent purchases, re-order products easily, and manage your account as normal.

VAT Receipts & Older Orders

For orders placed before the 14th January 2026, VAT receipts and historical documents are not displayed online within your account. However, please be assured:

• All VAT receipts and order records have been securely retained

• We hold documentation going back up to 6 years

• Copies can be provided on request for accounts, audits, or compliance purposes

If you require a VAT receipt or documentation for any past order, simply contact our team at:

We’ll be very happy to locate the relevant records and supply the paperwork you need.

For all orders after 14th January 2026 - please see below:

• Go to our website and click Account (or Log in) at the top of the page.
• Log in using the email address you used at checkout.
• If you don’t have a password yet, click Forgot password? to set one.
• Once logged in, go to My Account → Order history.
• Click the order you need the invoice for.
• Look for 'VAT invoice' under the Billing Address, the click the highlighted link.
• Your invoice will open in a new tab - allowing you to download or print it from there.
