Your Orders & Account History
As part of the upgrade, orders from the last 12 months have been migrated and are available to view within your online account. This allows you to quickly reference recent purchases, reorder frequently used items, and manage your account as normal.
For customers with a longer ordering history, please note that orders older than 12 months are not displayed online within the account area.
VAT Receipts & Historical Records
We understand how important documentation is for audits, compliance, and accounting.
Although older VAT receipts are not accessible directly through the website, all VAT receipts and order records have been securely retained, with records held going back up to 6 years.
