Customer Message - Disruption due to Coronavirus *** Updated 05/05/20 ***

We are currently operating with a minimum of essential staff. Whilst we continue to dispatch orders, we would be grateful if customers would bear with us. Orders are being dealt with on a strict first come first served basis, but we cannot guarantee dispatch or delivery will meet our usual standards.

The following information relates to the current disruption caused by the Coronavirus.

Pricing

We have unfortunately seen some huge increases in the buy-in price of many of our products, especially those connected to personal protective equipment. In some cases, wholesale prices have more than trebled.

We would like to reassure customers that we would never exploit the current situation and have not and will not increase our margins. We do apologise for any price increases but hope you can understand that these are totally outside of our control.

Deliveries

Our couriers are suffering from higher demand and are struggling to meet their delivery targets. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery service lead times, particularly if you choose the Overnight or Express options.

The situation does seem to vary and depend upon which handling hubs and depots a parcel passes through.

Stock Levels

We are currently unable to maintain our online stock levels in real time. This sometimes results in stock showing as being available when we have sold out of an item.

Customers affected will be offered alternatives wherever possible.

Bespoke Orders

We are no longer able to process orders for bespoke items, including garment embroidery. We hope to resume this service in the near future, however as things stand, we are unable to provide lead times.

We will still provide quotations if you wish to email your requirements.

So that we can prioritise queries we are currently only dealing with email enquiries. We are currently being inundated with messages, particularly about our disposable clothing and PPE products. Whilst we appreciate all enquiries, we are simply no longer in a position to reply to all the messages we receive.

Where we are able to assist, we will get back to you. If you do not hear from us, please just assume that at present we are unable to help.

We understand this is less than satisfactory and can only sincerely apologise. However, we do hope you will understand our position. We are very much looking forward to a time when we can get back to normal and serve all our customers properly.
