This pack comes with a wipe-down plastic folder with your business name and address on the front cover and 12 months supply of record sheets (12 sheets - one for each month) each in a plastic wallet to keep them safe.

Ordering your logbook
Add your logbook, with the chosen number of fridge records, to the cart. One set of record sheets are needed per fridge you want to monitor.
We will send you a form to complete with the details we require to produce your logbook and record sheets. (Please note we do not issue blank record forms.

Using your logbook
When you receive your logbook, take out one of the forms and attach it to the fridge using fridge magnets.
Record the temperature once or twice a day on the graph.
When completed file in your record folder.

Simply attach a sheet to the fridge door with fridge magnets, enter the month and plot the temperatures. The sheets even show when you should take action and record details, for example in your Safer Food Better Business Pack.
