The HI-93503P Cal-Check waterproof food thermometer is supplied complete with a HI-765PW general purpose pentration probe. A wide variety of different types of probe can be plugged into the thermometer such as a food simulant probe as well as probes for measurements between sandwich packs, hot ovens and hotplates, surface temperatures and hot oils.

With accuracy levels that exceed the food safety hygiene regulations and the ability to plug in a probe to suit your application, this professional thermometer also features a waterproof case.

Designed for tough environments it is dust and waterproof to meet the International Standard IP67. The smooth ergonomically moulded case has no dirt traps and is easy to clean and sits comfortably in the hand.

The unique Cal-Check feature means that you don’t need to buy a calibration test plug/key to test if the thermometer is still accurate.

Simply switch on, and press the CAL button. The thermometer will check itself and display the result at 0C in the LCD display - unique, quick, and very cost effective. An optional rubber holster can be fitted to the thermometer to offer full protection against accidental drops, especially useful when used in a busy kitchen environments.

We are able to offer this instrument with a 3-point Certificate of Calibration for an additional £30.00.
