The Folding Probe Test Thermometer is a useful multi-purpose instrument with a wide temperature measurement range (-50°C to 300°C). This provides a greater versatility than is usual in an instrument in thsi price bracket.

The penetration probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of liquids and semi-solid foods as well as a range of other materials. The probe folds back inside the main body of the instrument for to keep it safe whilst not in use. The probe can be used at an angle of 0 to 180° to provide the most suitable viewing angle.

The thermometer incorporates a strong magnet allowing it to be attached to suitable metallic surfaces.

An optional 1 hour auto-cut off feature is also included.

The thermometer is powered by a single button battery (supplied).
