The Thermamite 601 thermometer has the same specification as the Thermamite thermometer with the added benefit of a detachable probe. The Thermamite 601 thermometer is supplied as a kit and is the ideal solution for taking both product and storage temperatures. By utilising a number of remote probes it is possible to simply and quickly collect temperature measurements from a large number of remote probes strategically positioned in food storage appliances.
