The MiniTherma K thermometer is designed for versatility and ease of use in the food and catering industry. The thermometer accepts a miniature type K thermocouple plug that enables a variety of interchangeable thermocouple probes to be used. The thermometer incorporates a clear digital display with a precise read-out of temperature over the range of -59.9 to + 250°C with a 0.1°C resolution between -59.9 to +199.9°C thereafter 1°C.
The thermometer features a display hold function and both low battery and open circuit indication are displayed, when applicable. An auto-power on/off facility turns the instrument off after four minutes, maximising battery life.
The MiniTherma K is lightweight, at less than 40 grams. The case is manufactured from high impact ABS plastic designed to cope with routine day-to-day applications. Each MiniTherma K is supplied as a kit with a flex-penetration probe and battery, all in a protective PVC zip wallet.
Please note this thermometer is supplied with a wired penetration probe rather than a direct fix probe as shown.

The FM20 thermometer can display temperature in either °C or °F and features a data hold function. The power automatically switches off when the probe is folded into place. The probe is held in position by a ratchet mechanism.

The probe clips securely to the side of the thermometer, out of harm's way. The thermometer automatically switches on when the probe is swung away from the instrument case and switches off when it is folded back. No buttons or adjustments are required. The probe can be cleaned with a Comark bactericidal wipe between each temperature check.
Flashing LEDs and a buzzer give instant temperature indication (yellow for frozen, green for chilled and red for cooked).
