It is described by the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) as having "outstanding quality and merit as a self-study training package for the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene." The programme won the IFCA International Gold Award. The 15 training modules cover the complete Foundation course syllabus. On successful completion of the programme a personalised certificate can be printed off.
